This was me in September 2017 on the left, and me yesterday. I felt 'puffy' and had to wear support garments every day. I thought I ate well and couldn't understand why I suffered with terrible bloating, unexplained weight gain and symptoms of IBS. I blamed it on being in my 40's, having a slower metabolism, the effects of winter, pretty much everything. The photo on the right is with no support garments holding me in and my Pj's were just about to fall off as they're getting too loose. (TMI!!) If I had known that eating this way was going to be the secret to my weight loss and wellness success, I would have done it years ago.
