Mmmm I love paneer. It’s an Indian style cheese that’s loaded with protein and my go to at Indian restaurants! Tonight I thought I’d try my hand at making Mutter Paneer: paneer and peas in a spicy tomato gravy. I had no idea what to do so used my low carb tomato soup recipe and added a few spices! It was perfect! I don’t often eat peas as they’re higher in carbs, but I recently learnt they’re also high in protein so threw in a few baby peas at the last minute. STUNNING!
