3 months ago I could barely walk up the 4 flights of stairs to our apartment. I had bad knee pain and had to have a rest half way up from lack of fitness. Today I sprinted up all 4 flights and could have done it again. No knee pain and exhilarated. I may never ever run a marathon or even do a fun run, but the satisfaction of feeling healthier and using correct training to help me get through my injury is the biggest win. Thanks to Paula Chapman for introducing me to Your Gym In A Bag. Combing cardio and strength training is a life changer!!!!! ❤️ #fitness #health #40kilosdown #happy #strong
