Today's #raw beauty at Como st cafe. Beetroot, avocado, creme fraiche, spring onions, mint and baby gem lettuce!!! A tasty delight!!! It has a beautiful tang, maintains crunch and has so many varied hits of flavour in each mouthful. Made with #vegetarian creme fraiche from the Epicurian Dairy. Great to see a conscious chef at work. ❤️
