Massive day already! Been out for a run (I never thought I'd ever say that) attended to emails, strategy planning session with a celebrity client (!!!) and a quick bite before filming and an event at the Viaduct! Eating well, learning to cook amazing food and exercising has become an important part of my life as it gives me energy to power through busy days.
