3 months ago I could barely walk up the 4 flights of stairs to our apartment. I had bad knee pain and had to have a rest half way up from lack of fitness. Today I sprinted up all 4 flights and could have done it again. No knee pain and exhilarated. I may never ever run a marathon or even do a fun run, but the satisfaction of feeling healthier and using correct training to help me get through my injury is the biggest win.
