This was me in September 2017 on the left, and me yesterday. I felt 'puffy' and had to wear support garments every day. I thought I ate well and couldn't understand why I suffered with terrible bloating, unexplained weight gain and symptoms of IBS. I blamed it on being in my 40's, having a slower metabolism, the effects of winter, pretty much everything. The photo on the right is with no support garments holding me in and my Pj's were just about to fall off as they're getting too loose. (TMI!!) If I had known that eating this way was going to be the secret to my weight loss and wellness success, I would have done it years ago. BREAKFAST TODAY: Chocolate and walnut brownie with cream!!! And the best part - it's yummy and SERVES MY HEALTH! Loaded with fibre, this is gluten free and dairy free (if you don't serve with cream) and it's low carb! I get so excited about what I get to eat every day and for the first time in more than 25 years, I don't feel like I'm on a diet anymore. BIG NEWS - well it is for me.... this year is the first Christmas/New Year where I haven't gained weight. So, big deal right? Actually, it is!! I would normally gain 3-5 kilos over this period with no understanding of WHY! Now I know and I'm loving the results. If you're tired of yo-yo dieting and are having to rescue the fat pants out of the back of the wardrobe, (trust me, I've been there) then it's time to make a change. This is our year Cherubs! I've got 5 kilos to go till I'm at my optimum weight for my health. This is so easy I could scream. Who's with me? #40kilosdown #easy
